Free Plugins
Here are some freeware plugins I have made. The majority are made with synthedit, and are therefore Windows only.

This is a VST/AU port of Tom Baran's open source pitch correction LADSPA plug-in. All credit goes to Tom for the algorithm. At the moment it is designed to be used on a mono track, if used on a stereo track, the left channel will be copied to the right.
Pure Data (BSD-like) / GPL2 license (see Tom's Site)

Beta version 0.1:
A midi triggered gate effect with some special features. Advanced midi gate can be used to easily mute an audio/instrument track midi for stuttering effects.
Beat morpher is a sample playback drum machine that lets you morph between two rhythms. You specify start and end positions for each drum hit. Then you can morph from one pattern to the next. Each drum hit shifts in time from the start to end position. This effect was inpsired by the music of Simon Posford.
Chopper is a pattern controlled gate. When used on a stereo track you can widen the sound by delaying the right channel or by using the flipflop pan which switched the pan for each gate trigger.
Formant filter is an effect that uses a bank of five band pass filters to imprint the formant peaks from one sound onto another. It includes vowel presets but you can input your own values using the custom formant mode.
Gatecomb is a stereo comb filter. The frequency of the comb filter is controlled by an AHDSR envelope which is either triggered in sync with the sequencer or by the the incoming audio reaching a certain threshold.
LFO Chopper is an amplitude modulation/tremelo plugin with lots of different LFO waveshapes
Quadmix is a utility plugin for modular programs such as audiomulch and bidule. The plugin takes four inputs and sends them to one output. The mix level for each input is controlled by the position of a ball on an XY pad. LFOs allow automation. Comes in both mono and stereo varieties. Quadpan is the opposite of quadmix. It takes one input and sends it to four outputs.
SE64 is a monosynth that makes retro computer game noises. It has two oscilators - one can be set to saw, triangle, sine or a variety of PWM waveforms.
The other oscillator is a triangle wave which is ring modulated with oscillator 1. There are EGs for pitch, pulse width, amplitude and filter cutoff.
One important feature is a very fast arpeggiator which can recreate the "chord" parts from C64 SID tunes. There are also two bit-crusher effects.
Many thanks to Attila Fustos for his great AFOSC Module.
Stepcomb is a stereo comb filter vst effect. The pitch of the combfilter is controlled by a step sequencer.
Stereo Enhancher is a vst effect that can be used for basic mono to stereo conversion. It delays either the left or right channel by up to 50ms. It can also invert the phase of each channel.
